Darrell Roberts, President
Mr. Roberts founded DMT Investments and serves as President. Mr. Roberts's extensive network of relationships combined with his in-depth market knowledge and exceptionally strong financial and analytical acumen enables the company to capitalize on compelling investment opportunities.
Mr. Roberts oversees strategic partner development, sourcing, asset valuation, and consummation of the company's investments and is responsible for the overall direction of the firm's real estate activities and services provided to all stakeholders. Specializing in institutional multifamily assets, Mr. Roberts has over 12 years industry related experience.
He has worked in public and private corporations and has evaluated in excess of $60 billion in multifamily assets located throughout the United States including the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
Mr. Roberts's multifamily transaction experience exceeds $850 million. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

Robert Prouty, Capital Markets Advisor
Mr. Prouty has over 9 years experience as a multifamily investment banker specializing in debt capital solutions ranging from affordable to conventional mortgage loan programs.
Mr. Prouty brings a unique and invaluable perspective of national capital markets and financial expertise to DMT's execution platform. With his extensive multifamily financing background, Mr. Prouty focuses on capital market issues which ensure the Company secures the most favorable financing options available in the marketplace. Mr. Prouty's national network of industry leading contacts combined with his analytical expertise enables DMT to capitalize on market inconsistencies in order to generate strong investment returns for equity capital partners.
Having worked for two of the country's top Agency lenders including Red Capital Group and Column Financial, a Credit Suisse Company, Mr. Prouty's national multifamily financing experience exceeds $650 million.
Mr. Prouty is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a concentration in Communications. He earned his M.B.A. from Georgia Tech with a concentration in finance.
